Itinerary (Day by Day)

Day 1: Arrive Zanzibar → Stone Town Walking Tour

Meet at ZNZ and transfer to your Stone Town hotel. After settling in, join a guided walk through narrow alleys and historic landmarks—Old Fort, Forodhani Gardens, cathedral exteriors, intricately carved doors, and local markets. Optional sunset dhow cruise.
Overnight in Stone Town.

Morning visit to a working spice farm—taste, smell, and learn how cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg are grown, with fresh fruit tasting. Afternoon boat to Prison Island (Changuu) to see giant tortoises and snorkel the surrounding reefs. Return to Stone Town for dinner at a seafront restaurant.
Overnight in Stone Town.

Free morning for shopping and coffee in Stone Town or add an optional Nakupenda Sandbank picnic or Jozani Forest walk to see red colobus monkeys. Transfer to ZNZ Airport for your flight.
